Are you an Assistant IT Support Technician with experience ensuring IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently?
Can you ensure that systems are configured, maintained, and monitored to ensure system reliability?
Do you have experience providing technical support and troubleshooting systems?
The Assistant IT Support Technician is a key member of the business IT team, working under the guidance of the IT Manager. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues both remotely and on-site for business IT support, ensuring they receive quality support and participate in project deliverables as required. This role requires onsite presence in Skipton five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement fixes and workarounds to analyze and resolve problems, monitoring progress and informing customers.
2. Update service desk help-tickets and knowledge bases with findings and solutions.
3. Visit sites as needed to facilitate problem resolution.
4. Maintain confidentiality to protect business operations and client confidence.
About You:
* Experience in Desktop support (Microsoft OS & Applications).
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and 365.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a large team on technical projects.
