* Reactive maintenance, rewires, kitchens, testing, socket changes and lights
* Working on a mix of void and occupied social housing properties

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience as an electrician, electrical tester, EICR provider or in electrical maintenance, with a background in social housing, housing associations, domestic or council properties or MOD Ministry of Defence properties.
Certificates Required
NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 2 & 3, 18th Edition, 2391
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required.
