Key Responsibilities
* Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues.
* Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
* Customer Service experience.
* From a manufacturing/MRO/PPE background preferred but not essential.
* Supporting the operational teams.
* Checking and sorting deliveries on a daily basis.
* Planning delivery routes in an efficient and practical way.
* Ensuring that the van is loaded and unloaded safely and legally.
* Replenishing and recording stock levels in onsite vending machines.
* Completing all paperwork and liaising with customers on their premises.
* Assisting with warehouse maintenance and cleanliness.
* Assisting in the back office.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Self‑driven and motivated to see each assigned task through to the end.
* Worked in a similar role and able to demonstrate transferable skills.
