This is a permanent role, operating on a full-time contract, term-time only (39 weeks per year).
The Role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional English practitioner to shape the strategic direction of a high performing subject area. As Director of Curriculum, you will work at a highly strategic level alongside a skilled team of middle leaders, driving innovation and excellence across the faculty. This role offers outstanding preparation for aspirant senior leaders, providing meaningful experience in whole school leadership, curriculum design and impactful line management.
English is a highly successful subject at this school, where students consistently make exceptional progress and achieve superb outcomes. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
