About the opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in measurement, take-offs, and preparation of Bills of Quantities, along with proficiency in CostX software.
What you'll do
1. Perform accurate measurements and take-offs from drawings and specifications.
2. Prepare and updateprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
3. Develop cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
4. Monitor project costs and assess variations.
5. Ensurepliance with project requirements and security protocols.
6. Utilize CostX for digital measurement and cost reporting.
7. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
8. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
9. Proven experience in measurement, BOQ preparation, and cost management.
10. Security clearance is required.
11. Proficiency in CostX software.
12. Strong analytical,munication, and organizational skills
