My client is seeking an experienced, commercially astute Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing and highly regarded team. Key Responsibilities
The role will include (but not be limited to):
Acting on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property (freehold and leasehold)
Acting for developers on site acquisitions, development schemes, and onward disposals
Commercial leasing (landlord and tenant), including agreements for lease
Real estate finance and secured lending transactions, acting for lenders and borrowers
Investment property matters for portfolio clients
Managing files from instruction to completion with a high degree of autonomy
Providing clear, commercial, and solution-focused advice to clients
Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other professional advisers
Supporting Partners on complex, high-value or time-sensitive transactions as required
Maintaining excellent client service standards and building long-term client relationships
Contributing to business development initiatives and the wider growth of the department
Ensuring compliance with SRA, AML, and internal regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
Minimum 5 years PQE with a strong background in commercial property
Proven experience managing a varied commercial property caseload independently
Sound technical knowledge with strong commercial and financial awareness
Experience acting for developers, investors, and/or lenders
Confident communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines effectively
Strong client-handling skills with a commercial, business-focused mindset
