The role
The supervisor is our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating the team of sales assistants to drive sales and excel in customer service, and supporting them in creating memorable experiences for customers.
Enjoying a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment is essential. Your daily tasks will include sharing product knowledge, running coaching sessions, ensuring smooth store operations, and setting personal KPIs and sales targets.

What to expect from the role
* Conduct daily team briefs, share KPIs, and motivate the team to surpass them
* Perform store walks, understand the importance of commerciality and visual merchandising
* Monitor sales figures
* Handle escalated customer complaints
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling skills
* Build customer relationships through exemplary service and personalized approaches
Store operations
* Act as key holder, ensuring proper opening/closing procedures
* Handle cashing up and till reconciliation
* Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and investigations
* Manage product and POS deliveries
* Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, and escalate issues as needed
* Follow security policies to ensure safety on the shop floor
