We have a brand new and exciting opportunity to join our team as Head of Sales for Blum UK. As the Head of Sales for Blum UK, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales function within the organisation.

Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Blum Austria and Blum UK.

This role involves overseeing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

The role is based out of our state-of-the-art Head Office in Milton Keynes, however extensive travel across the UK and globally will be required.

Experience in Sales Strategy Development
· Financial Acumen
· Sales Team Leadership and Management
· Client Relationship Management
· Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge
· Networking and Relationship Building

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
· Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
· Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
· Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
· Successful candidates will have the ability to inspire and motivate the sales team, setting a clear vision and direction. The ability to think critically and strategically about market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities is crucial for developing effective sales strategies.
