The successful Architectural Technologist will get exposure to a variety of projects as our client has a diverse portfolio which includes High-rise Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure and Education projects. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training/ progression plans and sick pay insurance. Architectural Technologist Job Overview
* Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages
* Support the technical delivery of a variety of projects
* Produce and review technical packages of information
* Coordinate technical information with consultants and contractors
* Develop compliant, buildable and well-detailed technical solutions
* Assist with managing drawing packages through planning, technical design and construction stages
* Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and industry best practice
* Work on various Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Education projects (Typically between the values of £1m to £20m)
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
* Several years’ experience working within the industry
* Strong Technical ability and exposure from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
* Strong working knowledge of Revit
* Have an understand of Planning process and Regulations
* Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* Proactive, detail-oriented and technically confident
* Live within a commutable distance of Plymouth
