Responsibilities
* Developing and executing PR plans, meeting goals, and addressing any performance issues
* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying and exploiting opportunities to extend clients' business
* Contributing on a strategic level to clients' business, showing understanding of their commercial environment and monitoring media issues
* Actively participating in new business development, including identifying opportunities and preparing and presenting new business recommendations
* Taking an active role in shaping and implementing initiatives to enhance and share best practice across the company
* Confidently managing incidents and monitoring crises
* Staying committed to coaching and developing direct reports
