Are you a compassionate and experienced care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care at Victoria House.
About Us:
Victoria House is a small 20 bed residential care home located in Ryde. Victoria House is a warm, welcoming home that provides high quality residential care for our residents. We pride ourselves on a home from home supportive environment where both residents and staff feel valued and respected.
Your Role:
As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home and the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the day to day management of the care home
* Leading and motivating the care team
* Ensuring compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards
* Contributing to care planning and resident well-being
* Building strong relationships with residents, families and professionals
About You:
*NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable)
* Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a care setting
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
* Flexability and a team player
