Unique Fundraising Ltd is one of the most successful organisations within the Fundraising Industry with over 25 years of knowledge and experience in direct sales and fundraising. We currently have 1 vacancy for a Call Verification Assistant to join our established team on a permanent basis.
The position is calling supporters who have signed up to support a charity, to verify their personal details and to obtain feedback for the customer service experience. There is no cold-calling. Working hours are 35 hours per week, on a 7-hour shift pattern between the hours of 10 am & 7 pm Monday to Friday. The candidate must also have a flexible approach to working patterns to meet the needs of the business. This position is office-based.
We are looking for a customer service advisor with good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Call centre experience is not essential as full training will be given.
Duties;
The ability to adapt to compliant scripts to ensure our clients' obligations are met in delivering the required KPIs.
You will be dedicated to ensuring that donors are satisfied with the supporter journey.
Consolidation of information to ensure that the supporters have been fully informed at the initial point of sale.
Excellent attention to detail/data entry required and the ability to absorb information and relay in a calm, professional manner at all times.
All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.Compliance and call quality are key for this role.
Generating reports to immediate line manager when requested
Skills Required;
Essential
Excellent team player ability to work well as part of a close team with a focus to meet set targets (KPI)
Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time-keeping/attendance with the flexibility to meet the needs of the business
Desirable
Experience within a customer services environment
Experience working in a fast-paced Call-Centre environment
Business Administration NVQ level 2
Customer Service NVQ level 2
Annual Salary of £24,126.10. Workplace pension and annual leave entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays (with the potential to increase to 30 days annual with time served)
