You’ll be leading planning across a fast-paced, multi-channel operation. It’s a business that values potential as much as experience so if you’ve got the capability and ambition, there’s real scope to grow here.
Alongside the day-to-day, you’ll also have the chance to influence how planning evolves. The site is currently operating with Excel-based systems, with future development on the horizon giving you the opportunity to be part of that journey.

This 24/7 manufacturing site produces a wide range of products, from sauces in multiple formats through to fresh and added-value produce.
With around 350 SKUs and a diverse customer base spanning retail, B2B manufacturing, meal kits, and foodservice, the planning environment is both complex and fast-paced. Each channel brings its own challenges, from stable retail forecasting through to more variable demand profiles.
Backed by recent investment and operating as part of a wider international group, the business offers both stability and clear opportunity for growth.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong planning experience within food manufacturing
* Strong Excel capability and confidence working with data
* Exposure to complex planning environments (multiple SKUs, customers, or channels)
* A proactive, resilient approach with strong communication skills
