We are seeking an organised and proactive administrator with experience in sales support, general admin, and bookkeeping. We are looking for a versatile Admin Assistant to join our team in a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days per week based in our Edenbridge office.
As an Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Sales Support: Assisting with customer enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining records.
* General Administration: Handling emails, scheduling appointments, and supporting team needs.
* Bookkeeping: Managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial records are up to date.

We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Experienced in administration and bookkeeping

Proficient with accounting and office software, preferably Xero and MS Office
Able to work independently and as part of a team
