We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join my client’s rapidly growing organisation based on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is a hands-on and rewarding opportunity to step into a key role with variety and responsibility!
Duties will include:
1. Managing and processing monthly payroll
2. Leading and supporting a small team
3. Ensuring compliance with HMRC and payroll legislation
4. Producing payroll reports and year-end submissions
5. Acting as the main HR contact, advising on policy, recruitment, and employee relations
6. Supporting staff onboarding, training, and development
7. Maintaining accurate records in line with GDPR
The successful candidate will:
8. Have proven payroll and HR experience
9. Have great attention to detail and confident with deadlines
10. Have the ability to lead and motive others and excellent communication skills
11. Be comfortable handling confidential information professionally
