FGA is a grower-owned business, founded in 2009 by two of Chile's most respected grower-exporters: San Clemente and Gesex. In 2020, we acquired the award-winning Norton & Owens Court cherry orchards in Kent – the largest UK cherry farm – after several years of close collaboration. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to join our Team in Chatteris. This is a dynamic role where you'll provide administrative support to both the Logistics and Commercial Manager and the Head of Finance & HR, helping ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly team supporting leading UK and European retailers. Main Duties include:
· Accurately input stock data into the Prophet ERP system, verifying that arrival intake lists align with actual deliveries.
· Review and cross-check information for accuracy to uphold data integrity.
· Generate and dispatch sales order confirmations to customers and service providers promptly.
· Process re-packs based on production reports while effectively managing waste.
· Input Purchase Ledger invoices into the ERP System.
· Invoice UK Customers
· Compile Credit Control and Expense Data, Cross Checking with whereabouts of staff.
· Collaborate with the Logistics and Commercial Manager and Head of Finance to ensure smooth operations.
About you:
· You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

· You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· You take a proactive, solution-focused approach to challenges
· You demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all your work
· Experience in FMCG, use of ERP systems (especially Prophet), and Microsoft Office is a strong advantage

Competitive salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (pro rata)
