The Role
As an Associate or Senior Associate within this leading team, you’ll manage a varied and high-quality caseload of serious injury matters, including:
* Adult & child brain injury
* Complex orthopaedic injuries (including amputation)
* Fatal incidents & inquests
The team operates a collaborative, sub-team model, ensuring each case benefits from the combined expertise of multiple specialists. This approach gives you full exposure to the lifecycle of serious injury claims and direct access to Partner-level insight and mentorship.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (Grade B or above)
* Minimum 4+ years’ experience in personal injury or serious injury work
* Strong technical expertise and a proactive, empathetic approach
* Confident working with vulnerable clients and managing complex, sensitive cases
* Passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
