Job Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Finance team in a dynamic role that encompasses a variety of daily financial and administrative responsibilities, with a primary focus on payment receipts and Credit Control tasks.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the overall efficiency of the Finance team. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Tasks
Trade/Credit application processing
Debtor Chasing
Process Orders
Credit customer statements to be sent monthly and as requested
Liaise with staff internally regarding orders queries
Daily Bank Reconciliation
Review customer accounts
Use various spreadsheets and update on a daily basis
Answering finance related queries via telephone and email in an efficient and timely manner
Undertake any additional tasks reasonably required by the company
The ideal candidate will have:
AAT Qualified Level 2 and above (Desirable)
High attention to detail
Excellent written English and numeracy skills
Ability to input information into our database quickly and accurately
Self-Motivation
Excellent time-keeping skills and ability to prioritise workload
Confident telephone manner
Excellent verbal communication skills
Hours and Location
Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 17:30PM
