The business has ambitious growth plans, both organic and through acquisition. We’re now looking for an Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator to join our busy and collaborative Screening team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering best-in-class pre-employment screening services for our clients and candidates. This is a highly detail-oriented position requiring excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You’ll liaise directly with candidates, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure compliance and timely processing of all vetting activities. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and process pre-employment screening in line with client and legal requirements. Maintain strong communication with candidates, clients, and internal colleagues throughout the vetting lifecycle. Handle inbound and outbound contact with stakeholders to progress cases efficiently. Track, prioritise, and manage vetting workloads using various internal systems. Identify and escalate adverse findings or exceptions appropriately. Ensure accurate and auditable documentation of all case activity. Attend client meetings as needed alongside our account management team. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in recruitment compliance, vetting, or administration. Customer service background with excellent communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable navigating multiple systems. Adaptable, professional, and calm under pressure.
