Administrator - Property Team

Morden

£28k plus £4k bonus

Our Client is an award-winning HMO Agency - in fact voted the Best in UK for 2025.

We are working with them to find a Property Office Administrator to join their team in their Morden office.

The Job:-

What will You Be Doing:

As the Team Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the operations, providing essential support across various aspects of the business.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the continued success of this amazing team and their clients.

As recognition of your part in the success of this team, you will be rewarded with a share of the team performance bonus.

This is a full time office based role with occassional opportunity to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Support:

Inputting invoices into the client accounting system and reconciling receipts.

Tenant Process Management: Taking ownership of critical tenant processes, including administering tenancy rent renewals and assisting with rent arrears administration.

Landlord Statements: Assisting with the preparation and administration of landlord statements.

Director & Property Manager Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Directors and Property Managers as needed.

Organisational Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.

Proactive and Resourceful: Able to anticipate needs and take initiative.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with data entry and learning new systems quickly.

Team Player: Enthusiastic about collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment. Adopting a team mindset to all situations

Sense of Humour: A must-have! We believe work should be enjoyable, and a good laugh is essential.

Experience: Previous administrative experience in a commercial setting is a must but no direct property industry experience is essential
