We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Specialist Team to lead care and support for our client in their home.
This is an opportunity to make a difference to our client and their caregivers by providing and leading round the clock care.
Shifts include
* Day and Night shifts available
Experience and skills:
* You must be a Registered Nurse
* Able to demonstrate Clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, nebuliser management, stoma care, gastro feed etc
* Excellent communication and attentive listening skills
* Ability to prioritise the complex needs of our customers
* Competent in completing all necessary paperwork in order to deliver a person centred approach to care

Key Requirements:
* Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
