The Parts Supervisor role offers a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will work a 42.5‑hour week from Monday to Friday, with two shift options available: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, including a half‑hour lunch break. Duties as a Parts Supervisor
* Taking phone orders, upselling to increase invoice value
* Unpacking deliveries and managing stock efficiently
* Assisting in supervising the centre in the absence of the Centre Manager
* Conducting outbound calls to promote products and increase sales
* Developing and maintaining long‑term customer relationships
* Ensuring accuracy in parts ordering to minimise credits and returns
* Punctually executing daily tasks whilst meeting deadlines
* Demonstrating proactive communication and empathy towards customers
* Supporting team members and contributing to a positive working environment
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Parts Supervisor or in a similar automotive role
* Strong IT literacy and familiarity with relevant software systems
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
* Professional presentation and customer‑focused attitude
* Previous supervisory or managerial experience is advantageous but not essential
