💵 £38,000 OTE £74,100 car allowance/Company Car

You’ll be joining a team of experienced, successful property professionals who genuinely know their patch.

They are now looking for a Branch Sales Manager to take a hands-on role in driving sales performance and supporting a busy, motivated sales team.


The Role

* Managing and improving sales performance within the branch
* Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team
* Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Carrying out valuations, viewings, and negotiations
* Ensuring a consistently high level of customer service
* Working closely with other branches to maximise opportunities
