Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekend workDuties:
Diagnosing and repairing vehicles accurately and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations
Conducting servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a range of vehicle makes and models
Providing technical support, coaching, and mentoring to junior technicians to improve team productivity
Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards, within the designated timescales
Communicating effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair progress
Maintaining accurate documentation for repair and service work carried out
Working collaboratively within a busy workshop environment to meet departmental targetsRequirements:
Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership environment
Demonstrable skills in vehicle diagnostics, repair, and servicing
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop setting while maintaining high standards
Strong team player with good communication skills
Hold a valid UK driving licence
Motivated and committed to delivering quality workmanship
