Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our vibrant team. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bar team and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar area. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to learn more about the bar and beverage service industry.
Duties
* Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving guests efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and equipment.
* Restock supplies such as spirits, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed throughout service.
* Help with weekend preparation tasks when required, ensuring that all areas of the venue are presented to a high standard.
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service.
* Monitor inventory levels and alert management when supplies are running low.
* Provide excellent guest interaction by engaging with our regulars and addressing their needs
Skills
* A passion for learning and providing exceptional service.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both guests and team members.
* Previous experience in a late night hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail.
