Housing officer

We're looking for a dedicated Housing Officer to join a Housing Association and help deliver a high quality, housing management service across a portfolio of general needs properties in Manchester

Housing Officer responsibilities include:

1. Managing general needs tenancies and estates, including lettings, voids, and low level anti-social behaviour.
2. Delivering effective tenancy support through regular patch visits and person-centred planning
3. Promoting customer involvement and partnership working with local agencies
4. Ensuring compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding protocols and health & safety standards

As a Housing Officer we're looking for:

5. Strong understanding of housing legislation
6. Previous experience in housing
7. A positive, proactive approach and ability to work independently under pressure
8. Proven knowledge of housing law, tenancy management and safeguarding

Job Title: Housing Officer
Hours: Full time
Contract: 3 Month Contract Potential for extension
Salary: £23-25hr Via Umbrella
