Role Overview
As a Care and Support Assistant, you will help residents maintain independence through light domestic duties, coordinating activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. Your work will directly impact residents’ wellbeing and quality of life.
About You
Location: Ideally within commuting distance to Wainwright Court.
Experience:
* At least 1 year in UK health and social care, with a passion for working with older adults.
* A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
* Warm, friendly, and committed to providing exceptional service.
