The Role
You will:
* Provide in-class support across KS3 and KS4
* Work with pupils with SEND including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
* Deliver small group interventions in literacy and numeracy
* Support behaviour management in line with school policy
* Help differentiate and adapt learning materials
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress
Consistency and presence in the classroom are essential.
