The Role of the HSE Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities of the HSE Plant Manager:

The Ideal HSE Plant Manager
The company is seeking an experienced HSE Plant Manager with a proven track record in leading health, safety, and environmental initiatives within a power generation or similar heavy industrial environment. You should possess a strong understanding of applicable regulations and a keen eye for identifying and mitigating risks.
Requirements for the HSE Plant Manager Role:
NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum
Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline
4+ years of experience in HSE management within the power generation or similar heavy industrial sectors
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to develop and maintain effective HSE systems and programs
