Job Overview (Complex Care Team, Leicester)
This role supports an adult with Down syndrome and autism in their home and community. You will join a team of carers who provide 24/7 care and make a real difference.
Responsibilities
* Assist with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
* Housekeeping
* Stock management and ordering consumables.
* Assist with physiotherapy sessions.
* Safely support access to planned community activities, manage sensory input, and promote positive social interactions.
Clients enjoy activities such as music, films, day trips, arts and crafts, gym visits, meals out, swimming, cooking, singing, painting nails, and dressing up.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates have care experience, preferably supporting people with mental health challenges. We value compassion, resilience, and a willingness to learn through full nurse‑led training.
