Overview
We are seeking a committed and adaptable Teacher to deliver Health and Social Care and Childcare at KS4, with some additional Citizenship teaching at KS3. This is a long-term temporary role running until December 2025.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Health and Social Care and Childcare lessons at KS4.
* Teach KS3 Citizenship lessons as part of a varied timetable.
* Assess, track, and support pupil progress in line with curriculum requirements.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
* Contribute to the wider school community where required.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Health and Social Care and/or Childcare at KS4.
* Ability to deliver engaging Citizenship lessons at KS3.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Good organisational and communication skills.
* A flexible, professional, and student-centred approach.
