Area Director – Residential Sales | South West & South East London
Basic up to £100K (£175K OTE)
We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Area Director to lead a portfolio of sales offices across South West and South East London.
This opportunity suits an experienced area or multi-branch leader, or an exceptional Branch Manager ready to step up into senior leadership.
The Role
* Lead, inspire and develop branch teams across the region
* Take full accountability for performance, profitability and market share

* Coach and develop managers to maximise results
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
