Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and digitally‑savvy Project Controls Engineer to join our Project Controls team. This role is central to delivering high‑quality monthly and quarterly reporting across the Project and involves regular interaction with project managers, discipline leads, senior leadership, lenders, and external stakeholders. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working with data, improving processes, and presenting clear insights to senior audiences.
Responsibilities
* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
* Lead and coordinate the Performance Report process, including preparation of Monthly Reports
* Support Joint Venture monthly and quarterly reporting, Leadership Team submissions, and External reports
* Maintain and enhance digital tools including Power BI
* Present material at leadership meetings
* Create from complex data clear dashboards, visual reports, and leadership‑ready slide packs
* Track actions, resolve reporting issues, and drive continuous improvement
* Provide analysis and general support to the Project Controls Manager and wider team
Qualifications
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior leaders
* Detail‑driven and highly organised, with strong follow‑through
* Skilled in Power BI and modern digital tools (Power Automate, data transformation, reporting systems)
* Proactive, curious, and committed to improving reporting processes
* Able to present data clearly and tell a compelling performance story
* Experience in project controls, PMO, reporting, or digital analytics is highly desirable.
