Business Development Manager – Electrical

V7 are working in partnership with a leading Engineering company who are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support their continued growth across the commercial and industrial sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual with a strong electrical background to join a forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work.
The Role
Identify and secure new electrical projects
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
Lead client meetings and build long-term relationships
Prepare and manage tenders and commercial proposals
Work closely with estimating and operational teams
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in business development within electrical contracting
Strong understanding of LV/HV, power distribution, lighting and controls
Track record of securing profitable projects
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
What’s on Offer
£60-65k basic, £20k-£30k commission, healthcare, excellent pension
