Job Advert: Water Compliance Admin Assistant – Band 3

Location: Lurgan or Armagh (depending on candidate’s residence)
Directorate: Directorate of Finance, Procurement & Estates
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, options include 8:00-4:00, 8:30-4:30, or 9:00-5:00
Start Date: Immediate (week commencing 13th October 2025)
Rate of pay: £12.31 per hour

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Water Compliance Admin Assistant to support the Estates team in ensuring compliance with water safety regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in administrative support, data management, and coordination of compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the Estates team
2. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to water compliance
3. Liaise with internal departments and external contractors
4. Assist in scheduling and tracking compliance checks
5. Support reporting and audit preparation

Essential Criteria:

6. Previous experience in an administrative role
7. Strong organisational and communication skills
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

10. Experience in estates or facilities management
11. Familiarity with compliance or regulatory environments
