Vanilla Circus Ltd is a boutique SEO and digital marketing agency based in Ripley, Surrey, near Guildford. We work closely with ambitious businesses to help them grow online, and we are now looking for a confident, motivated Telesales Executive to join our small, supportive team.

Working directly with the CEO, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, speaking with prospective clients, and introducing them to the value of our services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a natural flair for sales who wants to develop in a professional, fast-moving agency environment.
Full support and training will be provided, giving you the chance to build valuable skills in digital marketing, copywriting, SEO, and AI optimisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily in the B2B sector
* Introducing and promoting our digital marketing and SEO services in a way that is relevant to each client’s needs
* Building rapport with decision-makers and identifying new business opportunities
* Following up with leads and nurturing relationships to help convert interest into salesKeeping accurate records of calls, conversations, and client details
* Understanding client goals and suggesting suitable solutions to support their business growth
* Working closely with the CEO to refine outreach strategies and target the right markets
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, or telemarketing is preferred
* A confident and professional telephone manner
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A self-motivated, organised approach and the ability to work independently
* Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection professionally
* A genuine interest in sales, marketing, and helping businesses grow
* Work directly with the CEO in a hands‑on, collaborative role
