Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Location: Full-time | 40 hours/week
£35,000 – £45,000 DOE + Bonuses + Benefits
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our growing domiciliary care branch. Lead, supervise, and support branch staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health & safety standards.
Conduct client assessments and care planning with a focus on dignity and independence.
Manage rotas and ensure all care calls are covered effectively.
Drive branch performance, quality, and business growth.
Experience managing care services or leading teams in health/social care.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE + bonus for on-call duties
