About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over 18 years old.
Our operation runs 24/7, offering various shift patterns to accommodate flexible working. Late and weekend shifts are required, and we may need to be flexible with your schedule.
As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team, assisting with training and communication through team 'huddles'. You'll ensure colleagues are scheduled appropriately to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations by planning overtime and holidays effectively.
We will support your training across different areas and encourage your ongoing development, making this a great opportunity to grow within retail.
