Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing business based in Kent.
Our client provides the safe management and disposal of hazardous, offensive, and sensitive waste produced by businesses and organisations involved in the healthcare sector. You will be developing relationships with Doctors, Dentists, Care Homes, and Hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate, negotiate, develop, and close new business opportunities
* Account manage and support existing business
* Build firm relationships with prospective clients.
* Keep up to date with Industry news and identify new opportunities
* To be the customer face of the business
Person Specification
* A seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in a business development role
* Professional with a good telephone manner
* Experience with developing and delivering proposals
* Experience using CRM systems
* Drive determination with plenty of enthusiasm
* Forward thinking with the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
* Good standard of education
* Driving licence
