We are seeking a Development Manager to join our growing team and support the planning and development of our expanding high-value portfolio of land and properties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to move into a client-side environment where they can directly influence project outcomes and make a positive impact on local communities.
With an influx of land opportunities and ongoing long-term investments driving the expansion of our high-value portfolio across the South East and Thames Valley, this role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of the development process and to help shape the future of local communities.
About you
* Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related discipline
* Understanding and application of planning policy & development control processes to drive projects forward
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance development strategy with business objectives
* A great communicator, happy to lead public consultations & influence key stakeholders to make a lasting positive difference
* Self-starter with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple live projects
* Comfortable working at pace, solving problems and contributing to a dynamic team
