We are seeking Field Sales Representatives to play a pivotal role, balancing account management and new sales. In this role, you'll visit customers across a variety of sites, including construction sites, production plants, and offices.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with customers by understanding their business and identifying their needs.
Manage and nurture existing accounts, fostering sustainable, long-term relationships.
Effectively manage your territory, identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities.
Provide tailored solutions and technical advice during site visits.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer-facing B2B or field sales role.
Previous sales experience in construction is an advantage
Professional, organised, and a natural people person.
A full, clean driver’s license is essential.
