Job Title: Business Development Manager – Apprenticeships Location: Home Based (With travel to clients as and when required) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow employer engagement and drive new business across the apprenticeship sector. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and onboarding new employer partners, supporting both levy and non-levy clients to maximise the value of apprenticeships as part of their workforce development strategy. This is a target-driven role. The ideal Business Development Manager is someone with strong sales capability, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the UK apprenticeship landscape.
