We are looking for a confident and efficient candidate to join our client based in Camberley as a receptionist on a full-time basis, offering a warm welcome to visitors and supporting with administrative tasks to help the wider team.
Responsibilities:
General reception/switchboard duties
Greet and assist visitors while maintaining accurate visitor records
Receiving and coordinating deliveries
Allocation, booking and coordination of meeting rooms
Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
Ensuring provision of facilities including refreshments
General administrative support
Ensure that any queries are actioned appropriately and passed to the relevant contact
What we are looking for:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience within a similar position
Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Well organised
High attention to detail
Ability to use own initiative
Job Title: Receptionist
Salary: up to £28,000 DOE
Location: Camberley
Contract: Full-time, permanent, office based (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)
