Reebok Europe are looking for an Account Marketing Lead - DACH
to shape how the brand shows up across some of our most important partners. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will lead strategy and execution for a defined region/territory, managing senior relationships with strategic accounts in the sport and lifestyle market.
This is a high-visibility role in a complex, dynamic market where Reebok offers a diverse portfolio of products and categories. You will be trusted to bring structure, creativity, and impact — steering strategic conversations with major accounts while delivering a strong calendar of brand activations that connect with consumers across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
It is a chance to make your mark on the growth of an iconic brand in Europe.
What you will do
* Lead with impact: Own the marketing strategy and seasonal initiatives with European key account partners.
* Be the voice at the table: Drive senior-level conversations with partners on investments, campaigns, and brand growth.
* Bring campaigns to life: Create and deliver seasonal plans across digital, social, retail, and experiential — with a strong focus on memorable activations.
* Work across the business: Partner with sales, merchandising, PR, creative, and agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns, content, media, social engagement, influencer programs, training, and events.
* Measure and grow: Track performance, generate insights, and optimise for ROI and long-term impact.
* Own the budget: Manage spend smartly, balancing bold ideas with accountability.
What you bring
* 5+ years in account/trade marketing with responsibility for large, strategic retail/e-commerce accounts.
* Proven track record leading multi-channel campaigns and activations with partners such as Zalando, About You, or JD Sports.
* Experience working with marketplaces such as Zalando Marketplace and Amazon Marketplace, with a clear understanding of their marketing levers and commercial dynamics.
* Background in sports, fashion, or lifestyle (DACH market experience a plus).
* German language skills are an advantage but not essential.
* Strategic and organised, with the confidence to lead senior stakeholder conversations.
* A consumer-first mindset and passion for sport, product, and community.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
What you get
* Competitive salary and performance bonus
* Annual salary review and strong career progression opportunities
* The chance to shape the presence of a global brand across Europe
* Modern Fitzrovia office with a collaborative global team
* Supportive leadership that values initiative and creativity.
