Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an established family run company who have been based in Nottingham since their inception but work globally as they look to grow their busy team.
The successful candidate will hold experience in a similar role within a technical or manufacturing setting.
They are offering a salary of c£30k, an excellent discretionary annual bonus of up to 15% with other brilliant benefits including flexitime (working core hours of 9:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday across 37.5 hours), free lunch daily, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and the option to purchase additional holiday.
Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for sales enquiries, preparing quotations and pricing for products, services and contracts
* Coordinate internally with production, packing, logistics and technical teams to confirm lead times, specifications, weights and freight costs
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing, terms, discounts, currency and shipping arrangements
* Provide product knowledge and technical guidance while identifying opportunities to add value or upsell in collaboration with business development
* Maintain accurate records, CRM and commercial system data and templates while complying with routine administrative and health and safety requirements
Skills & Experience
* Experience working within a similar administrative role within a manufacturing or technical capacity
* Knowledge of regulations for shipping goods overseas is advantageous
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Good customer service skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders effectively
