We are looking for a capable and curious IT Support Engineer to join a growing, friendly technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid Microsoft experience who enjoys resolving problems end-to-end and wants to develop towards Azure and modern workplace technologies.
What you'll be doing
* Providing hands‑on support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and general troubleshooting.
* Owning tickets through to resolution rather than simply escalating.
* Supporting a range of clients on‑site with a strong focus on service.
* Working closely with the team on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform projects.
* Developing your skills in Azure infrastructure, policies, and cyber security.
What we're looking for
* Background in IT support or engineering (Level 1‑2).
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general Windows environments.
* Understanding of cyber security fundamentals.
* Strong communicator, calm under pressure, personable and service oriented.
* Willingness to learn, develop and take ownership.
* Comfortable working in a dog‑friendly office.
Working pattern
Fully on‑site for the first 6‑12 months for training and security reasons.
Potential for one hybrid day per week after this.
