Graduate / Entry-Level Bid & Content Executive
Location: Armley, Leeds
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + £5,000 bonus (paid quarterly)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (office-based)

We’re looking for a graduate who is at the very start of their career and eager to build a future in a creative, commercial environment. A degree is essential for this role, but the subject is flexible.
You’ll be someone with a naturally imaginative and creative mindset, combined with excellent written communication skills. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, so no prior bid writing experience is required—just the right attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
About the Role
We’re excited to be recruiting for a Bid and Content Executive to join a small, dynamic team within a growing Facilities Management business specialising in soft services. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who has strong writing skills and is looking to develop within a creative, commercial environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the business to secure new contracts across both public and private sectors, working on high-value bids with well-known UK and international brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drafting, editing, and proofreading high-quality bid responses
2. Tailoring submissions to meet client specifications and evaluation criteria
3. Managing deadlines and coordinating multiple bid submissions
4. Maintaining and updating the bid content library
5. Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather key information and best practice examples
About You
6. Degree educated (essential)
7. Strong written and communication skills
8. GCSE English (Grade C / Level 5 or above)
9. Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organised
10. Able to use initiative and manage workload effectively
11. No prior bid writing experience required – full training provided
