SRG have partnered with a global Pharmaceutical company and we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Administrator to join the team! As the team Administrator, you'll be working closely with the Office Manager and wider team, supporting them with general office and administration duties. You'll also be responsible for managing supplier invoice queries, keeping track of office supplies, and assisting with internal and international shipping. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to coordinate regular social events for the team!
This position will initially be based in the office for 5 days a week, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home after the qualifying period. We're looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent administrative and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office packages and SAP.
