UKSBS is a public sector shared service centre providing high quality HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement and IT services and expertise to our partners. We are proud of the part we play in enabling our partners to achieve the best outcomes for the British people and the UK economy.
It’s an exciting time to join UKSBS as we transform our business to be the leading UK public sector business service provider. We aim to become a very different organisation over the next few years as we move to a modern multi-platform, digitally enabled organisation.
Our Payroll Services team is a group of professionals passionate about providing high-quality service delivery. Our team operates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with fixed deadlines and high volumes, offering plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
As we embrace hybrid working, roles offer flexibility in working patterns and locations. We ask team members to meet in the office once or twice weekly to share best practices and discuss issues. Our leaders foster a positive, supportive, yet hardworking culture. If you have a tenacious working style and can handle the challenges of a busy, high-volume payroll team, we’re keen to hear from you.
We welcome applications from those considering a new opportunity, eager to grow their payroll or shared services skills. Whether switching industries, returning from a career break, or starting in a hybrid role, we’d love to hear more about you.
