Auction House sells more residential and commercial properties than any other UK auctioneer, and we pride ourselves on innovation – from our popular National Online Auctions to our real-time Livestream events.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver first-class customer service via phone, email, online, and video.
* Manage and maintain our CRM system, including newsletters and mailouts.
* Liaise with Auction House UK to promote and support online auction lots.
* Assist/support the sales team with marketing, advertising, and legal pack preparation for auction properties.
* Support clients with legal pack queries and ensure compliance.
* Play a key role in the preparation and smooth running of Livestream auction events.
* Handle accounts and invoicing for new sales.
* Represent Auction House Southwest at relevant property networking events when required
* Promote our brand and services across the region.
About You
Essential:
* Property sector experience and strong knowledge of the legal purchase process.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Experience in handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
Desirable:
* Experience in property auctions (online or in-house).
* Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
